Automatic Helium Replenishment Function: The system possesses an intelligent automatic helium replenishment mechanism. When the total amount of helium in the system drops below the preset threshold, the system will automatically activate an external helium device to replenish helium until the total amount of helium in the system returns to the preset target value, thus ensuring the continuous and stable operation of the system.
Automatic Gas Concentration Monitoring and Alarm: The system is equipped with a high-precision helium concentration monitoring device that can continuously monitor and display the helium concentration value within the system. Once the concentration exceeds or falls below the preset safe range, the system will immediately trigger an alarm mechanism, promptly reminding users to take action to ensure production safety.
